Once accepted and verified, a refund will be made by the original payment no later than the 16/12/24

For orders paid for by Finance / Credit Agreement; the balance of the refund can only be paid back to the Finance House who will credit it towards your initial agreement

• We’ll need details of the competitor and their pricing so please have this to hand
• Both the competitor and Sonic must have the item in stock
• It must be an identical like-for-like offer, e.g. same warranty offered, brand new stock, not discontinued etc
• The competitor must be able to deliver to your location
• Our Price Beat Guarantee is based on the competitors total cost including VAT, delivery and any additional services you require
• The price you are asking us to beat must be able to be verified and we may ask for proof prior to consideration
• Promotional voucher codes or sale periods, manufacturer cashback offers and similar promotions may not be considered
